Adjust Label and Icon ' Y ' Along with Gallery ' Y '

I am trying to dynamically adjust the ' Y ' of my gallery and supporting fields/controls.

The gallery is below the redline. Everything above the redline are freestanding Labels and an Icon. I, also, need these to adjust with the gallery. If I use the formula in the gallery ' Y ' the gallery will adjust but the Labels and Icon don't. How do I keep the Labels and Icon moving with the gallery adjustment?

Gallery1.Y + Gallery1.Height + 50

Y of labels above Gallery2

Gallery2.Y - Self.Height

Y of the ones above that

Gallery2.Y - YourTopLabels.Height - Self.Height

Would a Container with the second gallery, Labels and Icon in it work if the Container has Gallery5.Y - Self.Height in its ' Y '?
