Hi community!
I was trying to download my PowerPlatform environment and I got the following error:
I already made changes in this environment with a Power Pages project, it´not a fresh new one.

Could you pls check the table "entitylist" and the records? Looks like there is a blank record in that table.
Try filling in some data for that table and ensure you don't have any null records.
Then try using VSCode to download the portal again.
