export and import of a solution (adding email activity to timeline) gives different results

Hello everyone,
I have 2 environments, dev and prod.
In my dev environment my model driven app works perfectly. However, when I export this solution and import it into my prod environment an important part seems not to work. So there is a difference between my dev and prod environment.
What is the problem:
I have created a model driven app where everyone in our organization who wants to make a purchase has to register this purchase in this app. They select one or more companies and a request for a quote is sent. As soon as they select a quote, a request for approval is sent to the management. As soon as there is an approval they can place the order. Both the request for a quote and the order are sent via email from the app via power automate. Both emails are added as an activity to the timeline of the order.
In my dev environment this works perfectly. In the prod environment the emails are sent but are not added as an activity to the timeline. I assume that when I export a solution from one environment and then import it into another environment I have an identical situation. Why does this work in the dev environment and not in my prod environment?
Thanks for any help! Happy New Year to everyone!

The issue you’re experiencing likely stems from differences in the configuration or setup between your dev and prod environments.  try to validate:
    • Verify Timeline Configuration:Ensure that email activities are configured to appear in the timeline.
    • Test Flow Execution: Run the flow in prod and check the run history for errors or warnings.
    • Compare Environments: Use the Solution Checker to identify potential configuration differences between dev and prod.
