Hi,
I am developing canvas app. Which have multiple grids and charts into that app.
Now I have a requirement, in which I need to export these grids and charts into Power Point slides.
As per my requirement, I had to follow below steps.
1. Created one excel file and power point file in sharepoint document libary.
2. opened both files in local app.
3. Within excel sheet I added table (which I had planned to use while exporting data from Power Automate)
4. Copied this table and pasted into Power Point by using - Paste Special -> Paste as link.
5. Saved and closed files.
6. From Power Automate exported data into same excel sheet.
7. Once export done, Downloaded Power Point file.
8. On opening file, it prompted to update link (this link which we created in 4th step.)
9. Once updated, it showed me data from excel, which has data exported using Power Automate.
Problem is, this updation of link is not reliable. Sometimes it updates smoothly, sometimes doesn't, However, Same scenario works smoothly if both files are on local machine.
Thus I need some reliable solution which doesn't require any third party application.
