Issue with attachment control in Powerapps via Teams

Hi

 

I am experiencing an issue with using the attachments control when PowerApp is embedded in Teams. When someone tries to download an attachment, sometimes it will not download but displays the message saying its downloading. When using the app within Edge, it always works. The only thing that seems to work is clearing the Teams cache but don't understand why this happens?

    Hi @jonoww, 

     

    PowerApps Custom Form:
    If you’re using a custom form in PowerApps, try the following:
    Click “Customize Form” using Power Apps on the list.
    Select the form in Power Apps and remove the attachment control from the form, then add it back.
    Test if the issue persists after making this change.
