Yes, I did as you recommand. but, it's not working
I made IT topic to put the text "IT" on message box.
Then, I'm used to recall "Reset Conversation" topic to sychronize up-to-date topic contents inside "IT" topic
As I know, There is two option to update the contents on chatbot.
1. We need to instruct users to put the text "restart" on message box directly. -> it works.
but, it's not a good solution to guide users if you wan to get the up-to-date information because user don't know when the contents IT team changed is updated.
2. redirect "restart" topic in one of topic we made to get up-to-date contents -> not working
a month ago, it works fine.
but, it's not working recently.
I guess it's a bug after changing "Copilot studio"
Do you know how to fix the bug ASAP?
