Hi All,
We are having Hybrid environment our AD server will be sync using Azure connector to Azure AD, and we have OUs for each branch,
Is their any way we can Connect on-prem AD server to create a user so that it can directly added to On-prem then after sync it should appear in Azure AD

There is no out of box connector to connect to on premise AD. This would require a custom rest API, a custom connector to connect to it, and an On-premise data gateway to be able to communicate with the API that sits inside your internal network. Here are some links that describe these concepts.

That said, I'd caution exposing any domain administrative functions outside of the internal network, that would be considered quite risky from a security perspective.

thanks for the links, i understand one thing for on-prem we may to download a gateway and installed in the server, i am worried to install the gateway a piece of software given in the link in the AD server then get the data from on-prem data in to PowerApps.
i am still struggling binging and googling my environment is HYBRID
