How to connect Power Virtual Agent Bot with Azure to add third party application (Telegram)?

Hi,

I had Created a bot in Power Virtual Agent Platform,I have to integerate it with third party application called telegram for that i need to connect with azure services i could not able to do that can anyone please guide me or help me by providing a video how to connect with azure...Please do help me......
