I have a questionaire topic where I ask the user a series of questions. I capture the user's entire response and then continue to the next question. I would however like the user to be able to cancel or restart the conversation by triggering my cancel and restart flows. But if the user types 'cancel' it is not triggering the cancel topic. But if you change the question's identify type to be an entity then it works. Do you know if this is a bug or a feature?
