Power Query DataFlow Unexpected Error

Hi, I'm creating a dataflow from my own environment using OData connectivity and i have loaded 3 entities, then made some transformations and merge(join) them. Also, I have made the configuration like create new entity, refresh Automatically every 1 minute. But on creation the final step, an Unexpected Error had Occurred.
