Hope you are doing well.
I’m currently experiencing an issue with submitting approval requests in Power Automate within the production environment.
Specifically, it’s displaying an "HTTP request failed" error. the server did not respond within the timeout limit
Everything is working correctly in the testing environment, so this issue appears isolated to production. I
also attempted to create an approval through Teams in the production environment, but it showed the same error.
