Hi,

I have created PowerApps application from SharePoint list and when I go to share it, the new update has an option of "Everyone in Org", this option isn't working and I couldn't share it with my org.

Anyone has a solution for this?

How do you add or create a security group.

    Hi @amoncayo ,

The app which is created with one click from SharePoint list is probably treated as junk and set aside as there would have been too many apps which are created in the same way. Probably that's the reason they won't appear in PowerApps mobile version.

But, if we create an app from PowerApps itself (Tablet or Mobile UI) by setting SharePoint as data source, it will appear in our PowerApps mobile version.

    This has worked for me!.

Having the same issue! The app needs to always be listed under their available apps, but it disappears if you simply share the link. Though the SharePoint and app is shared with entire organization.

    Hi @v-monli-msft,

My SharePoint list is public and as you mentioned if i share the web link, people would be able to view the app in phone as well. But' just it doesn't stay there.

Is this some bug to be fixed?

    Hi @Anonymous,

Apps that are created from the SharePoint are automatically shared with the organziation, and are intended to be shared and consumed as public views in the SharePoint list.  By default, these apps are hidden from users in the PowerApps iOS/Android/Windows/web clients.  Your users should be able to consume these apps in the following ways:

    1. Launch the app from the view of the list: see https://powerapps.microsoft.com/tutorials/open-app-embedded-in-sharepoint/.

    2. You can share the app directly to the users by either entering their email address OR a security group that they are a part of, and then your users should be able to see the app show-up in their iOS/Android/Windows/web clients.

    3. Share a direct web link to your app and your users can open the app in the web player:
