I love Flow, and find myself using it for many different tasks where normally I'd use Nintex or SPD workflows in SharePoint.
But the one part of it that is holding me back from being "all in" is the deployment story between different environments. On the one hand, exporting a zip and being able to import is great. But the subsequent reconfiguration is both time consuming and error prone.
I refer mainly to how you need to reconfigure every single SharePoint connection to point at the correct site and the correct list. Worse, it's not even obvious which list should be pointed at, since the imported flow only holds a GUID reference. And, if you get it wrong, the interface seems prone to crashing.
Does anyone have a better way of doing this? Is there some subtlty that I've missed? Would love to be able to close off this annoyance.

Have you looked at powerapps to help? Once you connect you get the path name etc
