Creating a PVA to create a meeting agenda

Hi All,

I was just wondering if it’s possible to create a PVA to create a meeting agenda? I’ve heard that you can use adaptive cards to submit user responses but I wasn’t sure if the PVA was at that level to complete word documents using the user answers or create agendas in a different format perhaps?

Hello @Alexa2022 , It is possible, I have a flow in my chatbot to register events directly in the calendar, this information is sent to the Power Automate that makes the registration in the calendar, before scheduling I have a validation flow to know if that time interval chosen is available, if so it follows, if not it returns a message to the user informing the available times on that day chosen.

Interesting Diego. I am fairly new to Power Agents and Power Automate and this is what I was looking for. I am trying to build a bot that can take bookings. It is a project for a course that I am taking. I will see if I manage to create that flow. Thanks
