Dear Support,
I've a test account for testing purpose. I have created powerapp form and it was working fine with Test Account, now from yesterday I'm not able to open the form and getting message "You need a current plan or trial to use PowerApps".
Could you please advice do I need to assign License to users so they can able to access and fill the power app form? Please advice type of license which need to assign to End users for Power App and Power Automate as the End users are just going to access the power app form to view and fill the data and power automate to approve the request.
Thanks.
Hello @SPPowerApp20,
Power Apps is sometimes erroneously asking users to sign up for a trial: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-platform/admin/about-powerapps-perapp#for-users-expected-to-use-a-power-apps-per-app-plan-why-are-users-that-use-an-app-shared-with-them-prompted-to-start-a-power-apps-trial
However, it may also be that your application or an associated flow uses a premium connector, for which you would need licenses: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-platform/admin/wp-license-management#use-of-connectors
If data sources other than SharePoint have been added, or if your app/form can trigger Microsoft Flows, this could also cause the app to be considered premium if these data sources or flows require premium licenses.
Can you share the details screen of your app? It should refer to the required license type:
Or alternatively, if you are "only" using a form, could you please share a list of the data sources of your form?
