If I have a PowerApps shared with security group, how is the limit, how many users can there be? Also if I remove users from security group will they have access to the app?
According to the documentation per app licenses are committed to users when you share the app with them. In reality, a user doesn't actually use a per app license until they access an app the first time without a trial or per user license. At that point an available per app license from the pool is applied to the user. From then on that license is tied to that user. So you are supposed to have enough per app licenses to cover all the users in the group when you share the app, but if you remove some users who haven't used the app and add others you'll still be OK. However, once a user runs the app and uses a license that license stays with them even if they are removed from the group that has access to the app. Management of per app licenses at this point is still pretty immature.
