All apps broken with 3.20061.23 version

Hi,

 

We are experiencing a big issue today, we cant open any of our app for editing with this new version 3.20061.23

 
 
 

It seems that all points where replaced by comma inside our formulas...

    Have you tried changing the authoring version (in Accounts)

    I am also getting the same error and even when creating new app as well when editing existing app
