Hi CommunityAm planning to implement PVA for an Shipment Delivery company like Fedex.
Requirement is to get the status of shipment through PVA without need for any authentication by user, just user will be sharing the 10digit Tracking Number and this needs to call a Power Flow which need to pull the data from Data Verse as company has Dynamics CRM too.
Is it possible or not !! and if yes please suggest how

Yes, sure.
You can get the data from Dataverse using Common Data Service connector.
Dataverse = Common Data Service

-> Add a flow action in Power Virtual Agent to call the power automate flow.

-> In your Power Automate flow you need to use Common data service connector (CDS) to call Dynamics 365 Dataverse instance. There is mainly two CDS connector. Use Common Data Service (current environment) connectordocs -> https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/connectors/commondataserviceforapps/
