Hello,

I am trying to add an action using the excel online (Business) connector with the 'get a row using a key column' connector and continue to get the error below when I test it out:

Error Message: The connector ‘Excel Online (Business)’ returned an HTTP error with code 404. Error Code: ConnectorRequestFailure Conversation Id: df26a9a0-b70e-4f3d-8617-b1af4c9fe5e8 Time (UTC): 2024-11-11T20:43:07.172Z

I am using 'Copilot author authentication' and after filling out all the source inputs, I see my excel columns in the output fields.

This is the tutorial I am following: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WPkLYoWW7OM

Thank you in advance!

    Hi there,

I also had been experiencing this error. I found this error occurred when nothing was being returned.
So the connector was correctly starting up however nothing was coming back.

I also found this was often due to the ‘get row’ being case sensitive at times. So if I had “Lemon” in my excel table, but I entered “lemon” then I would experience that error.

If this is the same for you, the only way I found around it was by instead of using it as a plug in - I had to add the connector within a topic.

    Hi  ,

I have tried and the below links works as expected.

Please make sure there are no issues related to security and Authentication. Can you try with Manual authentication method?

Thank you Vinoth Selvam and Matt51  for your replies - I will look into the manual authentication and circle back.  By chance did you have a guide on how you connected it using the 'Topics' section

Tried the manual authentication guide, but looks like I don't have permission to do so.
