Hello Everyone ! I have a canvas app where I have a details screen ,the details screen has data source as collection. Basically I have to scan or manually enter the serial number and the values gets populated. As soon as I press the back button and come again to check the record there are no values there.

You cannot use a collection as the datasource of a form. Only real datasources like a SharePoint list or Excel or Dataverse tables.
