Hi,
I created a chatbot that helps different departments such as IT, Finance, etc.
We have an intranet SPO site where we have embedded the bot.
I want to know if the following is doable:
In the navigation menu of the SharePoint site, we have created different sections per department.
My main goal to achieve is if the user clicked on the IT section from the SharePoint menu, the bot should only answer questions related to the IT topic. The same procedure should apply if they clicked on any other department section.
Is it doable to pass parameter from the SPO URL and pass the department parameter to the bot to make it happen? Or is there any different approach?
