Hi,

I need to set up a virtual table to import data from MySQL.

For sum of you the question will sound silly, but :

I see the Entity Catalog table but I can't select the desired tables from MySql because I don't have these buttons : (DATA)

I can only see :

I have the same question (0)

I didn't understand the question, it is not clear how are you planning to read MySQL data into Dynamics, have you written any plugins which connect to MySQL and provide data? I see you've created a virtual table, do you expect the data to become automatically available?

The question is simple, in all the tutorial videos on connecting dataverse to external database like MySql thru virtual tables, once the Entity Table is created there are some tabs available (I draw a blue circle around them), tabs that i don't find in my dataverse portal. In the tab Data, last right tab, one can choose the table to connect with from MySQL, so if I don't have the tab I can't go further. Do you know how to have those Tabs visible ?

In your first image, you've "selected (clicked open)" the table "Products", you are inside a table view, so you see those tabs, whereas, in your second image, you are seeing "a list of" tables, you need to click on your desired table to see the tabs.

Already did that, already went thru all possible tabs and buttons, but still did not manage to se those Tabs.

I can see, Forms, Views, Columns, Relationship, Dashboard in the image you've shared, Virtual tables aren't 100% identical to normal tables, refer to the link beloow.

The difference in screen layout is perhaps because someone has turned on the modern UI, not sure though.
