PFA Error screenshot.
I am getting an Error/warning at the time of page load of create form.
"Unknown failure has occurred. Error #[91693722-a85e-4914-9c50-a360c0a81f4a]"
I want to upload document in sharepoint using subgrid.

This is the expected error. The Portal default behavior is if you are using notes as attachments or Azure blob storage as an attachment.
Key Note: Either of the options will not work in insert form. The record has to exist.

It's working fine for edit form, but not for create/insert form [subgrid [document Locations]].

As mentioned, In the Power Apps Portal, the ground rule is "The record has to exist.".Meaning it will only work in the Edit form, not in insert form.
