One power apps, multiple forms, 2 sharepoint list

hi, i was wondering if it’s possible to create a Power Apps with multiple form that will be used to feed and modify 2 sharepoint lists. For example, one form use to create a new profile in the profile list, one form use to modify an existing profile in the profile list, one form use to add a new contract in the contract list.. all in one screen of power apps. I created a new power apps application form make.powerapps.com rather than customise a Sharepoint form.

everything was going well but when I came to test I got a message of "No item to display". I did some research and found that the solution would be to pass through the sharepoint integration. is there another solution ? Is it something possible ? Would use Patch function be a solution ? Or it is just the form mode or item properties that are not well set ?

(excuse my basic level of english)

Hi @Cboisvert

You should use the Edit form when you edit an existing item.
Using the Edit form not only needs to select the data source in the DataSource property, but also select an item you need to modify in the Item property.

You can find the item that needs to be modified through the LookUp function.

You should use New form when you need to add new items.
New form only needs to add a data source in DataSource.
