Conditional formatting a text Input

Hi,

I want to conditional format a textInput based on it's values, between 9 & 10.6 would be Green and anything outside that would be red. However, I also want to format it to be white when there is no data in the TextInput box. The first part I can do but getting the box to remain white when there is no data is proving hard.

Any ideas what the formula would be for this?

Regards

Sean

    TextInput's Fill property:

    If(
     Len(Self.Text)=0, White,
     Value(Self.Text)>=9 && Value(Self.Text)<=10.6, Green,
     Red
    )
