New SP list columns not showing correctly in Power App

Anyone else seeing this behavior?  A user requested that I add another choice column to an existing SharePoint list.  When I refreshed the data source in the Power App, I am able to see the new field and add it to the form, but the 3 expected choices are not showing up and instead I see Item 1, Item 2, Item 3... up to Item 15 in the dropdown.  I've never experienced this type of behavior before when editing an existing list being used as a data source.  I tested with another column type and got the same results.

This is a recurring issue lately - apparently an issue with the latest PowerApps release!

Look at your Items property of your Combobox in your form and make sure it is set to Choices(yourList.yourColumn)

I hope this is helpful for you.

Thanks @RandyHayes - I did check the Items property and it is correct.  So, I'm guessing there is no workaround for this behavior if the property is set correctly?  I was assuming a possible bug, but hoping that wasn't the case.

You can also attempt to cut the control from the form and then undo/paste it back.  This usually causes the control to re-initialize itself.

    It is a pain!

Yes it is!  I actually just copied and pasted the existing value back into the Item property and it magically works.  Very strange.  Thanks again @RandyHayes!

Thanks for the feedback on it...that is the quicker step!
