Power Platform Community Forum Thread Details

We have a model driven app where we are using custom activity types. I want to either have the phone button that appears in the phone number field to open a different activity type or to just perform the action of starting a call in the default calling app.

Is anyone aware if this is possible or what I should be looking into?
