Get files (properties only) does not list some files

Hi people,

I have a simple flow to collect files "pdfs" from a sharepoint folder, process them based on the given name and then move each file to the folder where is belongs. Some files however can not be seen at all when I am using Get files (properties only). I tried to filter the array on one of them based on the file name but it couldn't be found. Any thoughts?
I couldn't find any similar case in the Forums so forgive me if the question has been asked before.Capture1.PNGCapture2.PNG

    @ShadiAyoub

    You might try using a filter query in the Get files (properties only) action - that is usually a much better way of approaching these type of issues.

    Approximately how many documents are in your library?

    Hi @ShadiAyoub ,

    Have you used the file name you currently configured in the Filter array as a condition to go to the SharePoint Library to filter whether such a file exists?

    I noticed that the file name is very long and maybe entered incorrectly.

    You could also set the Limit Columns by View to empty, and then use the Filter array to filter files with the extension pdf. Like:

    83.PNG

    Then check if the body of the Filter array has the expected file name. In theory, the Get files action will return all the files in the Library.

    Best Regards,

     might be the issue, it is around 100 files and it's dynamic changes everyday. I will try to use the filter query to see how it will go, need to rebuilt the whole thing for that. Thanks Scott for your reply.

    The file name is correct, I copied it from the library. However, this is just one of the files that are missing, and honestly, I am expecting the reason is the number of files as the flow is taking approx. 3 hours to run. I already filtered the files extension to pdf, still no hit on these files :(.

    I also have the same Issue. My requirement is to delete the files from Office 365 Sharepoint library  which are older than 3 days. I am able to delete files from one folder through MS flow but If I use the same MS Flow for another library It does not work. It does not list the file in Get File(Property Only) activity. I checked the response of the activity and there is no file listed there. However there is no error in flow and It get success without any error. Also , Permission level is also same for the both the folder and It has edit permission for both the library

    I also have the same issue.

    My folder only have 18 files, but i found the "get files" only retrieved 12 files.

    I didn't apply any filter at all.

    I also didn't activate pagination or top count.

    Please help.

    Thanks @maheshdadhich

    Yes, you are right.

    I do a lots of test and later today I found it out if I fill up that field I can get the correct number of entries.

    Actually it's weird because my flow was set and run correctly before.

    I guess there may be some updates from Microsoft.

    I tested over different file library and found even if I left that field blank, I can get the right no. of entries.

    The problem just happens to this particular library.

    Further investigation found files created after around July 30 was not listed.

    Therefore I guess something changed by Microsoft.

    Anyway, glad it's fine now.

    @maheshdadhich
    it's so desperate to figure out the issue and trial and error for a workaround.

    I originally wanna spend the day on another flow, now I have used the day to figure out and manage this error which caused my flow failed. (cry cry cry)

    P.S. is that a bug found by other used or an official limitations mentioned in official statement?
