Can you please let me know the differences between the Microsoft Forms, SharePoint Online List, Dataverse for Teams

Hope you are doing good,
Microsoft Forms - Its recently renamed to Customer Voice, which is used for Sending Survey to the Users and get the survey and Storing it into the Table, and using POWER BI you can view the response in Question wise.
SharePoint Online List - It is Used to Store the Values in SHAREPOINT End ( You can create List/Fields)
Dataverse for Teams - This can be used only in Teams, Back end - Dataverse. Using Dataverse you can create Table/Business Rules/ JS etc.
