
I am experiencing in issue with Power Apps that whenever i create a list and use the customize form option and login Power Apps to customize it. The form will change from its given name to something like this "f318ab5c-982c-4dfc-bdfd-c15e2b8664dd forms" the issue is customers can submit the forms but whenever technicians can try edit form submissions they get the following error " t looks like the webpage at the URL might be having issues, or it may have moved permanently to a new web address." i'm not sure how to correct or resolve this.
I would raise a support ticket with Microsoft for this - I don't think you'll get an answer on the forums as this seems like something broken on your particular tenant.
You can do this from the M365 admin portal if you are an admin or an admin at your company can do this for you (better priority response)
