ReportI am experiencing in issue with Power Apps that whenever i create a list and use the customize form option and login Power Apps to customize it. The form will change from its given name to something like this "f318ab5c-982c-4dfc-bdfd-c15e2b8664dd forms" the issue is customers can submit the forms but whenever technicians can try edit form submissions they get the following error " t looks like the webpage at the URL might be having issues, or it may have moved permanently to a new web address." i'm not sure how to correct or resolve this.
