Uploaded knowledge file when creating a new agent sits in Processing status

Hi Folks - I uploaded a Word document into the Knowledge area of my new agent. The file is not large at all - a couple page of text, but it has been in Processing status for over 12 hours. Do I just log out and rebuild my work? Researching using CoPilot has turned up some info that seems to say some people have seen it taking 10 hours or more. Any ideas?

I have had them take a very long time. They should NOT. Many times I delete them, clear my cache, restart my browser, go incognito and try again.

While I agree it "can" take that long, but it shouldn't.

Can you try what I do above and please come back if it doesn't work.

I would also like to ask, is this done over a VPN or wifi? I am simply trying to gauge things.

Also do you know what your Upload speed is for your Internet? and upload from your machine (hardwired or wifi)to your router?
