Hi,
I'm wondering if it could be possible to execute an external command (e.g. "notepad.exe") from a bot within Ms Teams.

Hey there @Marco_Zamuner,
Unfortunately, no. The mechanism that Power Automate has to communicate with outside applications that do not have built in connectors is Power Automate Desktop, which is a separate application from the cloud-based Power Automate, and therefore you would not be able to have a Teams bot influence those sorts of applications.
