PVA chatbot repeating responses.

Hi,

I was building a chatbot. When I asked any question, the bot repeatedly answered with the latest previous response. Even if I asked irrelevant questions, it replied with the previous one only instead of giving an error message.

Could you please help me resolve this issue

Hi @Saikumar8197 ,

If you don't want to have the question "Can I help with anything else?", that is required the answer "yes or no", remove the action on your topic to "End with survey" or "End conversation".

This action is calling a system topic that is sending this message to the user to end the conversation.

Could you provide a screenshot of the processing path for one of your topics that is doing this?

Hi @Pstork1 - Here is the topic screenshots for your reference. I used to redirected "End of the conversation" topic in every conversation.

Instead of redirecting to End of Conversation just add the End of Conversation action to the end of the topic.
