Create a dynamics knowledge based on user conversation

Hello,
 
Is there a way to create new knowledge based on unanswered questions ? 
 
For example I have a copilot connected to sharepoint as a knowledge base when user ask a question and my copilot do a mistake 
 
Is the copilot will auto learn from this mistake or I need to create a new dynamic knowledge or topic ? 
 
and how can we restrict some questions ?

    For restricting question -You can customize how the copilot behaves when user input doesn't trigger any topic. For example, you can build a catchall topic to capture unrecognized user intent, create a topic to call back-end systems, or route a topic to existing services.
     
     
    Copilot learns from mistake and provide you better answer. Sharepoint support is now better with latest version and is also supporting Authenticate with Microsoft option.
     
    I personally have tried manual authentication and it works brillantly for me every time..
     
    What authentication are you using with Sharepoint - Manual or Authenticate with Microsoft - Perhaps switch to manual and see if reponse gets better

    Regarding learning from mistake, Copilot can understand from user feedback and try to improve next time. 
     
    But at the same time we can also refine and improve the knowledge base or topics manually by reviewing user queries, adding missing information, and setting up feedback loops for constant improvement.
     
    For Eg: 
    You can build a feedback loop where users indicate whether a response was helpful. For incorrect responses, this feedback could be stored and reviewed to help identify areas where new knowledge or corrections are required.
    Ensure that the knowledge base (like SharePoint or Dataverse) is periodically refreshed with new information based on user interactions and reviews.
