Power VA chatbot not working in Microsoft Teams Channel

Hello,

I created a chatbot using web.powerva.microsoft.com and published it. Then shared that chatbot in Teams. That chatbot appeared as an app in my Teams. It works just fine as a standalone app in Teams.

But when I add it to a specific team channel, it cannot interact with me and with other channel members and shows up an error.

I tried and don't have such issues.

Have you followed these steps? Add a chatbot to Microsoft Teams - Power Virtual Agents | Microsoft Learn
I downloaded the manifest to add the team and groupchat scopes to the manifest.json.
