On Licensing, App Passes on Embedded Canvas Apps inside a Model Driven App

Hi, wanted to clarify about Power Apps Per App License. 

 

I understand that this licensing option consumes app passes per app in an environment, how does it work if a canvas app is embedded inside a model driven app?

 

Will it consume two app passes?
