Hello everyone,

First of all thank you for the discussions on this platform and it's really enriching.

I'm a work-study student this year in an organic certification company. I am a beginner in the use of power apps and I have to develop a web application for farmers to collect data in the field such as ((add and scan invoices, purchase orders, accountant ledger) and a crop and livestock notebook form where customers can fill in information.

Normally I'd have to use power portal to do this, as they're external users, but they want me to do a test on Canevas using sharepoint.

I'd like to know if it's possible to work on Canevas and then publish it in powerportal?

I would also like to know if you could suggest a plan that would help me in this process?

Yes it is possible to embed a Power App in Power Pages using iframe. I have not done this myself but here's an article for some guidance - https://francomusso.com/embed-a-canvas-app-in-full-screen-mode-in-power-pages

I think the users will need to be authenticated as guests and allowed access with the right level of permission to the app (as a user) and the SharePoint list (as Contributor or any other appropriate role), this could be done using an Entra group where you will add users and assign necessary permissions to the group.

The guests will require the Power Apps Standard license to access the app so assign that to the group.

About the other development requirements, I would suggest you start building your app and share any issues you face along the way in the forum.
