Monitor has stopped working for me

Whenever I open Monitor from the Advanced Tools Section of PowerApps Designer:

I get the error ("Failed to retrieve published app URL. Please try again by reloading Monitor.") and the incorrect code set is loaded for monitoring, I have refreshed multiple times and still the same issue occurs.

It works fine when using monitoring outside of edit mode, but thats not great as it only works on the Published version.

This used to work fine for me, and it happens in all the Canvas apps I have tested, I have tried rolling back authoring versions but no joy.

I see someone else had the same issue here -> Re: Powerapps questionaire with form attachment co... - Power Platform Community (microsoft.com)

Is there anything I can do to fix this?

    Hey there,

I'm able to see similar behavior on my end, and I believe that the error here is in the "Failed to retrieve published app URL. Please try again by reloading Monitor." error message that shows up. Despite that error, I am still able to see events in my Monitor session from the Canvas app I am using. Would you mind checking if you are still able to see events as well?

    Thanks for the response,

Yeah you are right events are coming through as expected regardless of the error at the top. I was just experiencing some weirdness where it wasnt using the latest saved code. However after a reload of the page it seems to have resolved itself.

Thanks for confirming. We've fixed the error message displaying incorrectly on our end - it should roll out over the next week or two. Sorry for any inconvenience caused by that.
