It seems that since 3.19082.20 came out data connections have been broken. Both in existing and new PowerApps I cannot connect to new data sources they throw this error.
I am not sure what to do about this.
Yep, I'm getting the same thing. Can't they make these changes during nonbusiness hours!
This appears to be fixed now in 3.19092.12
