Can I view Sharepoint .xls files in my powerapp?

My powerapp currently uses the .pdf viewer to view .pdf files in sharepoint. Is there a similiar functionality to view .xls files in sharepoint as well?

Depends how you are storing them. If they are being stored in a Document Library, then you can use the Thumbnail column of the record to display in an Image control. SharePoint will "thumbnail" all document types that it has converters for. Excel is one of them.

Note, these will be images of the file, not the actual file in text format like you have with the PDF viewer.

To get more than that, you will have to Launch to the url for the file.
