Hi, I have set up three environments for Power Platform: Development, Test and Production. I have created an owner team for the Test environment and granted the security roles to allow access for the people who will be developing forms and flows. The question is: Can I use the same owner team to access the other two environments, or do I have to create a completely new owner team?
Thank you jukka-niiranen. The Azure AD team does work and I will use it, but I find I still have to create a new Azure AD team in each environment and add the AD group to it, give it a membership type of Owners and assign the security roles. I had hoped that I might be able to just re-use the team that I created in the first environment. Using the Azure AD teams is workable however and so I'll use it. Thanks again, Stan.
Owner teams are a Dataverse environment specific object, so you'll need to configure them in each environment separately. However, if you were to leverage group teams instead of owner teams, you could manage team membership through an Azure AD group instead (either security group or Microsoft 365 group).
