How to show CRM optionset label in PowerApps?

I have added a dropdown control in Powerapps and have the 'Item' as my CRM optionset name. However it is displayeing the value rather than the label. How do I convert the value to label?

Firstly please check whether there is Label in the option set?

Then in your App, test as next:

I have checked with your screenshots and it is correct but the demo is still not working.
