    Hi @Shafeel_07,

Do you embed this app within your Power BI report?

Based on the screenshot that you provided, I suppose that you have embedded this app within your Power BI report which has been shared to other users in your Org, is it true?

If you have embedded this app within your Power BI report which has been shared to other users in your Org, in order to get rid of this notification issue, please also share this app to the other users in your Org.

When you embedded an app within a Power BI report (using PowerApps custom visual), you need to share the PowerApps app separately from your report. Please check the following article for more details:

    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powerapps/maker/canvas-apps/powerapps-custom-visual#limitations-of-the-powerapps-custom-visual

    Best regards,

    Kris

    Hi @Shafeel_07,

Do you want to get rid of the "Allow Permission" pop up persistently when the other users open your app?

If you share an app which contains a SQL table data source to other users within your Org, the SQL table connection would be shared to them automatically. But when they run this app, they should click "Allow" button to provide access permission to this SQL table connection.

It is a common Authentication process when accessing an app which contains a SQL table data source. If you want to get rid of the "Allow Permission" pop up persistently when the other users open your app, I afraid that there is no way to achieve your needs in PowerApps currently.

If you would like this feature to be added in PowerApps, please submit an idea to PowerApps Ideas Forum:

    https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/PowerApps-Ideas/idb-p/PowerAppsIdeas

    Best regards,

    Kris

When i try to play my own powerapps it asks me permission to use SQL Server. in this case why would it ask me the app creator for permission, i have shared the connected with other users as well but still the permission persist. the reason why i am asking is because our powerapps is embedded with power bi report and these reports will be going out to users and having this pop up come up is not user friendly
