Question about deleting Copilots

Stupid question, but how as administrators are we suppose to delete copilots in the Copilot Studio? We have Power Platform Administrator role as well as Global Administrator. In the Copilot studio, on users Copilots, the Delete button is greyed out. How do we control these copilots? We have looked in the Environment but unsure where the copilot data resides. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Have you checked from the make.powerapps.com level of administration? Copilots are scoped to an Environment within your tenant, so although you have GA and PA, it is possible that you do not have appropriate roles in that one environment (both GA and PA give you rights to assign yourself those roles)

Yeah we checked the environment where the copilots reside, but it looks like Microsoft has yet to add the ability to manage the copilot resource in the environment, which is a huge issue. Admins not being able to control copilots is a pretty big deal.

This is not a stupid question at all. I can't remember how it's done either. Last time I had to clean up the Copilots and delete those prepared by other users, I had to contact Microsoft support.
