Error retrieving data from the network: The request is forbidden by Graph API.

Hi everyone,

I shared an application in power apps with a colleague but they have an error while oppening the app
for other colleagues it works just fine 

for the permission it is a group of users so i don't there is a problem in that,
for the connections i just use excel online.

the error is : 
Error retrieving data from the network: The request is forbidden by Graph API.
Error code is accessDenied.
Error message is Access denied.

    Check User Permissions: Ensure the colleague has "Read" access to the Excel file and is using the correct Microsoft account.

    Reauthorize the Connection: Verify that the Excel Online connection is authorized and active in Power Apps.
     
    Check Group Permissions: If using a group for sharing access, confirm that the group has permission to access the Excel file.
     
    Clear Cache: Ask your colleague to clear their browser cache or try an incognito window to avoid cached credentials.
     
    Review Conditional Access Policies: Check with your IT admin for any Conditional Access policies that may block access to the file.
     
    Recheck Graph API Permissions: Ensure the app has the necessary permissions to access Excel through Microsoft Graph API.
