Getting Forbidden 403 Error while retrieving user bot conversations using Direct Line API from Custom Canvas

Hi Team,

I have implemented retrieving user and bot conversations using Direct Line API as per provided solution in the below link.

Sometimes I am getting 403 Forbidden error while retrieving user and bot conversations.

Can you please help me on this?
