Hye, I want to create a doughnut chart. When I try to create doughnut chart inside an entity, the chart isnt like what I want it to be. How do I create doughnut chart that look like this:

I want both the field in the same doughnut instead of having more than one doughnut chart.

    Hi @NurNina ,

Could you please share a bit more about your scenario?

Do you want to create a Doughnut chart in your CDS Entity, and display it in your Model-Driven App?

Do you want to create a single Doughnut chart in your CDS Entity based on the fields, rather than multiple Doughnut charts based on the fields? Regarding the needs that you mentioned, I afraid that there is no way to achieve your needs in Charts part of a CDS Entity.

Currently, the Doughnut chart in Entity Charts part would be rendered as multiple Doughnut charts based on the category option you set for your Doughnut chart.

If you would like this feature to be added in PowerApps, please submit an idea to PowerApps Ideas Forum:

    Hi @v-xida-msft

yes, I want to create a single doughnut chart. Based on the image i've provided, I want the chart to breakdown into the number of events and the events it participated. Is there any way to do that,or maybe using xrmtoolbox?

    Hi @NurNina ,

Yeah, I agree with your thought. The XrmToolBox may be the possible solution. You could use the XrmToolBox to create Chart for your CDS Entity.

    Hi @NurNina ,

Have you installed the 'Advanced Chart Editor' plugin in your XrmToolBox?

You need to install the 'Advanced Chart Editor' plugin in your XrmToolBox, then you could load the Chart added in your Entity and edit the chart as below:

    Hi @NurNina ,

Actually, the Data description part in the Chart Editor is organized using FetchXML Query. You need to use FetchXML Query to link the two fields:

Please check and see if the following article could help in your scenario:

More details about FetchXML Query in CDS, please check the following article:
