Error: We ran into an issue publishing the form (Can't Figure Out Issue)

Hi there,

I am trying to customize the forms within the CRM hub and seem unable to publish the changes. This isn't the first time this has happened, but there's no specific troubleshooting I've found that resolves the issue. Has someone else run into this issue? Does someone know how to access error logs tied to these session id's?

Thank you in advance.

    Hi @carolinemayou ,

How do you customize the form for your CRM Entity? Using classic experience or New experience in PowerApps?

Do you mean that the error would show up when you publish the form? Does it show up when save your form?

Based on the issue that you mentioned, I have made a test on my side, and don't have the issue that you mentioned. Please consider clear cache of your browsers, then try it again, then check if the issue is solved.

Also please consider take a try to edit the form of CDS Entity (CRM Entity) within PowerApps using New experience:

Please also make sure the Network state is in good condition on your side.

    Best regards,

I don't know if this helps someone or not but for us there was a field that has been removed from the entity but that field is present on the form and that's why this error was coming up. That field is directly not visible on the form editor. We removed that field by using the Tree View of the form editor.

I published all customizations (the form change still didn't take effect though). Then I published the form separately and it worked without giving the error message.

I ran into this issue, and Naveen_772's answer was very helpful in finding the solution for my problem.

Naveen's issue was the form contained a field/column that no longer existed.  My issue was similar, but it was a subgrid referencing a relationship that no longer existed.

I had to go into the classic UI form editor to get a useful error message that informed me WHICH relationship was causing the issue, so that I could find and remove it from the form.

Microsoft really needs to improve the error messages in the PowerApps UI - I find myself going to the Classic UI frequently to get actionable detailed error log information.

I got this error while publishing the Quick Create form.
Resolved this just by unchecking the
