I’m not an expert, but I do remember there’s a limit on how much content Copilot can read in one go — roughly 1.5 million characters or worlds not sure exacly, which is about 300 pages. If your scenario needs to process more than that, you’d have to move to AI Foundation or another AI Pro–level service that supports large-volume summarisation, but those come with extra cost because they’re billed per capacity or per volume processed.
If the data is very large or complex, it will unfortunately hit those limits. Another thing to keep in mind is that Copilot relies on Dataverse Search, and that also has its own cap — usually around 1,000–1,500 records per query.
So in short: big datasets will run into these boundaries unless you scale up to the higher-tier AI services.
