I am still quite new of Power Virtual Agents and need help with the following problem.
I have created a SharePoint list with customer requests. I would like that the agent queries the status in the SharePoint list based on a reference number, and outputs the status, which is in a column "Vorgangsstatus" as a result.
In Virtual Agent I'm using the following actions
And this is my flow
Now, when I start the bot, and enter a reference number, the result is always the reference number and not the current status of the request.
Can anybody tell me, where the issues is?
